Check-in is from 15:00, check-out is at 11:00 at the latest. Early check-in or late check-out is possible for a fee, subject to availability. Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or delay our cleaning are responsible for all resulting costs and expenses. Only guests registered at the time of booking are permitted to access the apartment. Brief visits from unregistered persons are permitted, however overnight stays are not.

Smoking, partying and excessive noise are not permitted, even on balconies or in common areas (e.g. corridors). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of € 250,- plus the costs for special cleaning and damage repair.

Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not allowed. We charge € 50 per night of the reservation for each unauthorised guest.

Animals are not allowed. Violations of our animal policy may result in a separate cleaning fee. Guests with assistance animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay.

Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking passes.

Noise level measurement systems may be installed in the flats to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas.

Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service.

Strong cooking smell, which may arise from cooking, must be avoided as this may disturb other tenants in the building.

Booking a reservation implies the agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not comply with the house rules are liable for all resulting damages, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the property without refund.
